Privacy Policy
Effective Date: October 5, 2026
TawaGames develops and publishes the following free mobile games for Android: Azedeem 2: Turn-Based RPG, Azedeem: Card Game, UFO Manager: Base Command, Cerulean Reach: 2D Shooter, and The Rite: Gem Tower Defense (collectively, "our Services"). These Services are provided by TawaGames at no cost and are intended for use as is.
This page informs visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information when using our Services.
If you choose to use our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information we collect is used for providing and improving the Services. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
Our games can be played without providing any personal information — for example, by playing as a guest. Where a game offers optional accounts or online features, we collect only the information needed to provide them. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes.
Azedeem 2: Turn-Based RPG
Azedeem 2 is an online game. Depending on how you play, the following information is collected and stored on our servers:
- Account information — if you create or link an account: your email address and sign-in credentials. If you sign in with Google Play Games, we receive an authentication token from Google instead of a password. Playing as a guest creates an anonymous account with no email address.
- Display name — the name you choose for your profile. It is visible to other players in leaderboards, the arena, and social features.
- Purchase information — if you make an in-app purchase: the Google Play purchase receipt and transaction identifier, used to validate the purchase and deliver its contents. Payments are processed by Google Play; we never receive your payment card details.
- Messages to us — the text of messages you send through the in-game feedback channel.
- Age range and country/region — a self-declared age range and your device's country/region setting, used solely to comply with age-related and regional laws (for example, restricting in-app purchases for minors and in certain regions).
- Error diagnostics — if the game encounters an error: your device model, operating system version, game version, and the screen where the error occurred, used to diagnose and fix bugs.
Azedeem 2 uses Google Play services for optional Google Play Games sign-in, in-app billing, and app updates; Google's handling of that data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Azedeem 2 contains no advertising and no third-party analytics.
The Rite: Gem Tower Defense
The Rite: Gem Tower Defense (formerly The Rite: Tower Defence) is a single-player game with optional online accounts. You can play as a guest without providing any personal information. Depending on how you play, the following information is collected:
- Account information — only if you choose to create or link an account: your email address and sign-in credentials. If you sign in with Google Play Games, we receive an authentication token from Google instead of a password. Playing as a guest creates an anonymous account with no email address, and linking an account later keeps the progress you already made.
- Game progress — in-game currency balances (such as Eternal Flux) and daily-reward progress tied to your account are stored on our servers so they stay in sync and can be restored if you link an account. Your level progress and towers are saved locally on your device.
- Purchase information — if you make an in-app purchase: the Google Play purchase receipt and transaction identifier, used to validate the purchase and deliver its contents (in-game currency). Payments are processed by Google Play; we never receive your payment card details.
- Age range and country/region — a self-declared age range, together with a platform-supplied age signal where Google Play provides one, and your device's country/region setting. These are used solely to comply with age-related and regional laws — for example, withholding paid chests, whose contents are random, from minors and in certain regions — and never for advertising, marketing or profiling.
- Device and diagnostic data — Google Play billing and Unity's In-App Purchasing service, which we use to sell in-game items, collect device identifiers, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and crash and diagnostic data. This data is used to complete purchases and to keep the game working.
- Usage statistics — optional, for adults only, and only if you choose to share them. See below.
Usage statistics
If you declared that you are 18 or older, the game asks you once whether it may send usage statistics. Nothing is sent unless you choose Share, and you can change your choice at any time in Menu → Settings → Usage statistics. Players who declared an age under 18, or who have not declared an age, are never asked and never measured, and a platform-supplied age signal that places you under 18 stops the statistics.
If you share, Google Analytics for Firebase processes the following on our behalf:
- which screens, panels and notices you open, which settings you change, and how you answer the game's request for a rating;
- how your battles go — for example the map and play mode you chose, how a battle ended and what it earned, the towers you build, upgrade and sell during it, the achievements you unlock, how far you have progressed through the maps, and how far you got in the intro and the tutorials;
- how you build your towers — the gems you place, the towers you take into battle, what you forge and the gem mastery you choose;
- your use of crystals and Eternal Flux — what you earn and spend, how much you hold when you open the Shop, the chests you open and the daily quests and rewards you claim — and how a Google Play purchase you start ends: completed, cancelled or failed (Google Play purchases are also recorded automatically);
- errors in the game — where in the game they happened and their technical type, never their text;
- whether you play as a guest or with a linked Google or email account, and when you sign in or link one — never which account;
- your device model and operating system, the graphics quality the game runs at, whether any accessibility setting is on (never which one), the app version and the game's language, an approximate location (such as country, region and city) derived from your IP address, and random identifiers that Firebase creates for this installation.
Usage statistics are not linked to your name, email address or game account: we never send your account identifier, anything you type, or your advertising ID. Collection of the advertising ID is switched off, ad storage and ad personalisation are denied, and the game shows no ads. We use the statistics only to balance the game and to fix problems. Individual statistics are kept for 14 months and then deleted; only aggregated totals, which describe no individual device, are kept longer.
Turning statistics off in Settings, or deleting your account in the game, stops collection on your device and resets its statistics identifier, so statistics sent earlier can no longer be connected to your device.
The Rite: Gem Tower Defense is single-player: it has no leaderboards, no chat, and no interaction with other players, so no profile name or content of yours is shared with anyone. It uses Google Play services for optional Google Play Games sign-in, in-app billing, the Play Age Signals API, and app updates; Google's handling of that data is described in the Google Privacy Policy, and Unity's In-App Purchasing service is described in the Unity Privacy Policy.
The Rite: Gem Tower Defense shows no advertisements and contains no advertising SDKs. Beyond the account, purchase, compliance, diagnostic and optional usage-statistics data described above, we do not track how you play.
Azedeem: Card Game
Azedeem: Card Game is a single-player collectible card game with optional online accounts. You can play as a guest without providing any personal information. Depending on how you play, the following information is collected:
- Account information — only if you choose to link an account: your email address and sign-in credentials. If you sign in with Google Play Games, we receive an authentication token from Google instead of a password. Playing as a guest creates an anonymous account with no email address, and linking an account later keeps the progress you already made.
- Game progress — in-game currency balances (such as Eternal Flux), daily-reward and daily-quest progress tied to your account are stored on our servers so they stay in sync. A backup copy of your saved game — the name you give your hero, your card collection, hero progress, quest completion and settings — is also stored on our servers so that it can be restored if you change or reset your device.
These are used solely to comply with age-related and regional laws — for example, restricting in-app purchases for minors and in certain regions — and never for advertising, marketing or profiling.
- Device and diagnostic data — Google Play billing and Unity's In-App Purchasing service, which we use to sell in-game items, collect device identifiers, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and crash and diagnostic data. This is collected by those services as part of providing in-app billing; we have switched off Unity's optional project-level diagnostics collection.
- Usage statistics — optional, for adults only, and only if you choose to share them. See below.
Usage statistics
If you declared that you are 18 or older, the game asks you once whether it may send usage statistics. Nothing is sent unless you choose Share, and you can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy → Usage statistics. If you share, Google Analytics for Firebase processes the following on our behalf:
- which screens and notices you open, which settings you change, and how you answer the game's request for a rating;
- how your quests and battles go — for example the quest and difficulty tier you chose, how a battle ended and what it earned, and how far you got in the tutorials;
- how you develop your hero and cards — when you start or load a game, your hero's level, race and class, the attribute points and spells you choose, and the cards you train, evolve or merge;
- your use of Gold and Eternal Flux — what you earn and spend, the chests you open and the daily rewards you claim — and whether a purchase succeeded (Google Play purchases are also recorded automatically);
- errors in the game — where in the game they happened and their technical type, never their text;
- whether you play as a guest or with a linked Google or email account, never which account;
- your device model and operating system, how capable the game judged your device, the app version and the game's language, an approximate location (such as country, region and city) derived from your IP address, and random identifiers that Firebase creates for this installation.
Usage statistics are not linked to your name, email address or game account: we never send your account identifier, your hero's name, anything you type, or your advertising ID. Azedeem: Card Game shows no advertisements and contains no advertising SDKs. Beyond the account, purchase, compliance, diagnostic and optional usage-statistics data described above, we do not track how you play.
Cerulean Reach: 2D Shooter
Cerulean Reach is a single-player action game with optional online accounts. You can play as a guest without providing any personal information. Depending on how you play, the following information is collected:
- Account information — only if you choose to link an account: your email address and sign-in credentials. If you sign in with Google Play Games, we receive an authentication token from Google instead of a password, and we do not receive your Google email address. Playing as a guest creates an anonymous account with no email address, and linking an account later keeps the progress you already made.
- Game progress — in-game currency balances (such as Eternal Flux) and daily-reward and daily-quest progress tied to your account are stored on our servers so they stay in sync. Everything else — your weapons, crafting materials, mission progress, discoveries and settings — is saved only on your device, and the save itself is never uploaded.
These are used only to comply with age-related and regional laws — for example, restricting certain purchases for minors and in certain regions, and offering usage statistics to adults only — and never for advertising, marketing or profiling. Your age range and any platform age signal are never sent with usage statistics.
- Device and diagnostic data — Google Play billing and Unity's services, which we use to sell in-game items and to run the game, collect device identifiers, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and crash, diagnostic and performance data. This is collected by those services as part of providing in-app billing and keeping the game working.
- Usage statistics — optional, for adults only, and only if you choose to share them. See below.

Players who declared an age under 18, or who have not declared an age, are never asked and never measured, and a platform-supplied age signal that places you under 18 stops the statistics.
If you share, Google Analytics for Firebase processes the following on our behalf:
- when you first open the game and how it was installed (for example the store page or campaign that led to the install), when and for how long you play (sessions and time in the game), and when the game is updated, its data is cleared or it is uninstalled;
- which screens, tabs and notices you open, which settings you change and what you change them to, when the game asks Google Play to show its rating card, and when you open the store page of this game or of our other games;
- how your sorties go — for example the sector, mission, contract and field conditions of the site, the weapons you took, how a sortie ended, how long it lasted, what you defeated and what it earned or lost;
- how your survey and your surveyor develop — the sectors you complete, your level, the stat points and sector rewards you choose, the weapons you equip, craft, upgrade and dismantle, the messages you read, and when you register or change your callsign (never the callsign itself);
- your use of Credits and Eternal Flux — what you earn and spend, and the daily quests and rewards you claim — and how a Google Play purchase you start ends: completed, cancelled or failed (Google Play purchases and refunds, with the item, price and currency, are also recorded automatically);
- errors in the game — where in the game they happened and their technical type, never their text;
- whether you play as a guest or with a linked Google or email account, and when you sign in or link one — never which account;
- your device model and operating system, your device's language and region setting, how capable the game judged your device, the graphics quality you chose, how far your survey has progressed, the app version and the game's language, an approximate location (such as country, region and city) derived from your IP address, and random identifiers that Firebase creates for this installation.

UFO Manager: Base Command
UFO Manager: Base Command is a single-player strategy game with optional online accounts. You can play as a guest without providing any personal information. Depending on how you play, the following information is collected:
- Account information — only if you choose to link an account: your email address and sign-in credentials. If you sign in with Google, we receive an authentication token from Google instead of a password. Playing as a guest creates an anonymous account with no email address, and linking an account later keeps the progress you already made.
- Game progress — in-game currency balances (such as Eternal Flux) and daily-reward and daily-quest progress tied to your account are stored on our servers so they stay in sync. Your campaigns, your campaign archive and your settings are saved only on your device and are never uploaded.
These are used solely to comply with age-related and regional laws — for example, restricting in-app purchases for minors — and never for advertising, marketing or profiling.
- Achievements and leaderboards — if your device has a Google Play Games profile, the game signs in to Google Play Games automatically. The achievements you unlock and your leaderboard scores (the number of days an Ironman campaign took) are sent to Google Play Games under your Play Games account. Leaderboards show your Play Games name and score to other players according to your own Play Games visibility settings; we never receive your Play Games profile. Google Play Games also collects its own diagnostic data.
- Device and diagnostic data — Google Play billing and Unity's In-App Purchasing service, which we use to sell in-game items, collect device identifiers, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and crash and diagnostic data when you open the in-game Market.
- Usage statistics — optional, for adults only, and only if you choose to share them. See below.

- your use of the in-game Market and of Eternal Flux, and whether a purchase succeeded (Google Play purchases are also recorded automatically);
- errors the game recovered from — where in the game they happened and their technical type, never their text;
