Account & Data Deletion

Option 1 — Delete Your Account in the Game

• Open the game on the device with the account you want to delete: Azedeem 2: Turn-Based RPG, Azedeem: Card Game, UFO Manager: Base Command, Cerulean Reach: 2D Shooter, or The Rite: Gem Tower Defense.
• Open the in-game menu. In Azedeem 2 and UFO Manager, choose Settings; in Azedeem: Card Game, open Settings from the main menu and go to the Account section; in Cerulean Reach, continue your game, open Settings and go to the Account section; in The Rite: Gem Tower Defense, choose Account.
• Choose Delete Account and confirm the prompts.

Deletion takes effect immediately. This is the fastest method and works for all account types, including guest accounts — except in Cerulean Reach, which offers Delete Account once you have signed in with or linked an email or Google account; a Cerulean Reach guest account can be deleted through Option 2.

Option 2 — Request Deletion Online

If you can no longer access the game, you can request deletion through our contact page. Please include:

• the name of the game (e.g., Azedeem 2: Turn-Based RPG, Azedeem: Card Game, UFO Manager: Base Command, Cerulean Reach: 2D Shooter, or The Rite: Gem Tower Defense);
• your in-game display name;
• the email address linked to the account (if any). For guest accounts without a linked email, please include any details that help us identify the account, and contact us from within the game if possible.

We process deletion requests within 30 days and will confirm once completed.

What Is Deleted

• Your account credentials: email address, password, and linked sign-in providers (Google Play Games or email).
• Your display name and player profile.
• All server-stored game data in every TawaGames title tied to the account: heroes, inventory, currencies (including Eternal Flux), purchase records held on our servers, and rankings.
• Messages you sent through the in-game feedback channel.
• Compliance signals (self-declared age range and country/region).

What May Be Retained

We may retain a minimal set of records where the law requires it — for example, purchase and transaction records kept for tax and accounting purposes — and records needed to prevent fraud or abuse. Retained records are kept only as long as legally required and are not used for any other purpose.

Usage statistics (UFO Manager: Base Command, Azedeem: Card Game, Cerulean Reach: 2D Shooter and The Rite: Gem Tower Defense). If you declared that you are 18 or older and chose to share usage statistics, the game sent them to Google Analytics for Firebase. They are not linked to your account, so deleting your account cannot find or remove them. Deleting your account from within the game also stops them on that device and resets its statistics identifier, so statistics sent earlier can no longer be connected to your device. You can also turn them off at any time in the game's settings: Settings → Usage statistics in UFO Manager, Settings → Privacy → Usage statistics in Azedeem: Card Game, Settings → Privacy → Usage Statistics in Cerulean Reach, Menu → Settings → Usage statistics in The Rite: Gem Tower Defense. Individual statistics are deleted automatically once they are 14 months old; only aggregated totals, which describe no individual device, are kept longer. Good to Know

• Uninstalling a game does not delete your account or its data.
• Some games (such as UFO Manager, Cerulean Reach and The Rite: Gem Tower Defense) also keep progress saved only on your device; that local data never reaches our servers and is removed when you uninstall the game or clear its storage.
• If you only want a fresh start in a single game while keeping your account, use that game's in-game Reset Progress option instead.
• Account deletion is permanent — progress and purchases cannot be restored afterwards, and unused virtual items are forfeited.
• Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Google Play according to its refund policy.
