Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your account and the data associated with it in TawaGames games, including Azedeem 2: Turn-Based RPG (developed and published by TawaGames). Deletion is free, permanent, and available to every player.

Please note: your TawaGames account is shared across our games. Deleting it removes your progress, purchases, and sign-in details in all TawaGames titles — not only the game you delete it from.

Option 1 — Delete Your Account in the Game (Azedeem 2)

  • Open Azedeem 2 and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  • Open Settings (the gear icon).
  • Choose Delete Account and confirm the prompts.

Deletion takes effect immediately. This is the fastest method and works for all account types, including guest accounts.

Option 2 — Request Deletion Online

If you can no longer access the game, you can request deletion through our contact page. Please include:

  • the name of the game (e.g., Azedeem 2: Turn-Based RPG);
  • your in-game display name;
  • the email address linked to the account (if any). For guest accounts without a linked email, please include any details that help us identify the account, and contact us from within the game if possible.

We process deletion requests within 30 days and will confirm once completed.

What Is Deleted

  • Your account credentials: email address, password, and linked sign-in providers (Google Play Games or email).
  • Your display name and player profile.
  • All game progress in every TawaGames title tied to the account: heroes, inventory, currencies, and rankings.
  • Messages you sent through the in-game feedback channel.
  • Compliance signals (self-declared age range and country/region).

What May Be Retained

We may retain a minimal set of records where the law requires it — for example, purchase and transaction records kept for tax and accounting purposes — and records needed to prevent fraud or abuse. Retained records are kept only as long as legally required and are not used for any other purpose.

Good to Know

  • Uninstalling a game does not delete your account or its data.
  • If you only want a fresh start in a single game while keeping your account, use that game's in-game Reset Progress option instead.
  • Account deletion is permanent — progress and purchases cannot be restored afterwards, and unused virtual items are forfeited.
  • Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Google Play according to its refund policy.
